YES WE CAN, AND YES WE DID!

Oprah Winfrey's "Christmas At The White House" took the nation inside, up close and personal with the Obama's this past Sunday on ABC. Winfrey said that she'd been pushing for an interview with the first family since Obama's election, but wanted to make sure that the situation was comfortable and I believe that her timing was impeccable. In the special, Winfrey tours The White House, speaks with both President Obama, First lady Michelle and even gets to hang out with Bo, the Obama's dog. Ms. Winfrey had the amazing opportunity to take in the grandeur of Christmas at 1600 Pennsylvania Avenune Including the 27 Christmas tress adorning the President's home for the holidays. Here on the Avenue Pink Blog through my words and through fabulous photos I've attempted to do the same and let our readers experience the same bliss as I did; yet I truly encourage you to watch the special for yourselves if you have not already as the feelings that came over me were truly indescribable. I can truly say that this special was one of the best Christmas presents that I could ever ask for!
