Bettyanne Shannon,a Registered Nurse with an M.A. in spiritual psychology, will demonstrate body scan mindful meditation and breathing methods to decrease anxiety, stress, deperessed mood and other negative emotions. This presentation is part of the Sisters Staying Healthy discussion series conducted by Life-Long. Life- Long is a community-based organization dedicated to health equality.
